MANÉ GROUP, is a Cameroonian company offering several services in various fields.

FOR SERVICE REQUIREMENTS, WE RECRUIT:

 

–         (01) A Director of Financial Affairs (CFO)

 

• Missions:

–        Optimize capital for better profitability and control risks;

–        Ensured good administrative and financial management;

–        Define the financial and accounting orientations of the company;

–        Develop the overall budget of the company;

–        Inform the overall budget statement on a Monthly basis while anticipating variances and adjusting the consequent budget (foresight)

–        Ensure cost accounting;

–        Ensure cash flow optimization (financial report, negotiation of banking tools,   cash flow assessment, etc.);

–        Ensure the administrative, financial follow-up, and the accounting recording of the various operations;

–        Develop and increase the customer portfolio.

• Requirements :

–        Hold a bac + 3 in Accounting / banking and finance / management control;

–        Have at least 02 years of seniority in a similar position;

–        Mastery of banking law;

–        Banking and financial technique;

–        Sense of confidentiality;

–        Strong organizational skills;

–        Demonstrate rigor and strategy;

–        Being able to work under pressure and subject to the achievement of objectives;
