FOR SERVICE REQUIREMENTS, WE RECRUIT:

 

(01)  AGENCY MANAGER

• Missions :

–        Lead a team of salespeople and cashiers;

–        Fulfill the business objectives set by management;

–        Set up products and services aimed at making profitable investments;

–        Ensure the promotion of marketed products;

–        Evaluate the performance of its employees;

–        Achieve a precise turnover;

–        Increase the company’s turnover;

–        Ensure the smooth running of the agency;

–        Advising customers;

 

–        Accountable to management.

• Requirements :

–        Initial training in management, accounting, marketing;

–        Complementary computer training;

–        12 months of professional experience;

–        Sense of organization;

–        To be able to work under pressure and under conditions of achievement of objectives.
