Agri-Shop Sarl recruits for the needs of its services 01 Stock Manager
Location : Bafia
Debut : As soon as possible. Duration of the contract: Indefinite (preceded by a trial period) 

 

With proven experience with more than ten (10) distribution agencies, Agri-Shop Sarl is today one of the leaders in the distribution of phytosanitary products in Cameroon. As part of a policy of conquering the market, it seeks motivated people capable of adapting to the internal and external realities of the company. This offer aims to provide the Bafia area with a stock manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

Under the supervision of Management, the stock manager will have to manage and optimize stock management to minimize stock levels without risking stock shortages, and therefore, he will answer all questions related to his position. The details of the responsibilities are as follows:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The supervision of the storekeeper(s) of the agenciesBe attentive to the needs of the agencies;
• Supervision of orders for the supply of agencies
• Supervision and counting of stock entries of goods Supervision and counting of goods taken out to customers and general management
• The escalation to the hierarchy of all information related to the stock (quantity, quality and price);
• The supervision of the traffic of the shelves and the storage of the store;
• Updating, in collaboration with sellers and storekeepers, of stock movements in the software intended for this purpose;
• Any other task entrusted to him by management and related to the handling and management of stocks;
• Any other task entrusted to him by the management for the smooth running of the agency.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Baccalaureate+2
• Professional experience: Minimum two (02) years, including internship
• Knowledge of Saari commercial management software Good knowledge of the field (we will have a preference for candidates who already live on site):
• Good oral and written communication skills: Great moral and ethical rigor;
• Know how to work in a team
• Ability to work under pressure
• Know how to set priorities
• Autonomous person, able to formulate relevant conclusions and recommendations.

• Photocopy of work certificates if applicable. 

NB: The successful candidate will do an update training of no more than two weeks at the Management located in Yaoundé.
