We are recruiting 10 Sales Managers as part of the redeployment of our activities.

Your 

 

Mission

 

A salesperson's mission is to research customer needs in order to meet them in the

best possible way, to sell the products and services of the company on which he depends, and also

to manage his customer portfolio, while taking care of his prospects.

 

Your activities

Establish a prospecting plan (physical travel, telephone, mailing, etc.)

Determine the customer's needs to offer the most suitable product,

Develop the sales pitch,

Inform and communicate with the team,

Conclude sales,

Follow up with customers after the sale.

Your skills

Mastery of commercial techniques,

Knowledge of commercial law,

Mastery of communication techniques and tools,

Relational and negotiation skills.

Your Personality Traits

 

We are looking for dynamic and organized candidates, but also pro-active and

rigorous in the execution of their activities. In addition, applicants must be attentive

and very creative.

Profile

 

Required diplomas: This profession is accessible to bac + 2/3/5 with a BTS Negotiation and

customer relationship or Technical-commercial, a DUT Marketing techniques or a Pro-

marketing license of insurance products and services.

 

Qualification: Minimum 05 months of experience with good computer knowledge.

Age: 23-40 years old.

Place of work: Nouvelle route Bastos - PO box: 2028 Yaoundé, Cameroon.
