In view of launching our operations in Cameroon, 3DC FINANCE is seeking the services of highly motivated
and dynamic individuals to join our team at the Head Office in Yaoundé.
As street Bankers / Daily Collectors, You must act honestly and with integrity. This includes, but is not
limited to: – Straightforwardness and honesty in professional and business relationships
– Fair dealing
– A commitment not to mislead or deceive
– Being truthful
_ Strong level of accuracy in recording figures
Mastery of sales negotiation techniques would be an asset.
Role Description and Summary
? Daily on-site cash collection from customers and their business premises.
? Processing payments and cash receipts
? Receipt and confirmation of cash from customers
? Serve customers quickly and courteously
? Actively participate in the opening of customer accounts
? Take active part in the granting of daily savings loans to your customers

Skills and Qualifications
? At least a GCE Ordinary Level or its equivalence. A Bsc. Degree or Diploma in any field would
be an asset



? Ability to drive a motorcycle would be a plus
? Pleasant and welcoming personality who is also loving
? Experience using the cash module of any banking software would be a plus
? Strong knowledge of the city of Yaounde and surroundings
NOTE: Shortlisted candidates must be ready to undergo a two days intensive training at our
Head Office situated at FEU ROUGE CHAPEL NSIMEYONG financed by us.
