Job offer for 6 call center agents: 

Survey Mission in USA and UK

International call center specialized in customer experience

We are recruiting for our Company based in Douala / Bonamoussadi experienced call center agents.

Profile required :

- Experience in an international call center

- High proficiency in conducting surveys in BtoB sectors

- Successful experience in sales or after sales services on :retail, e-commerce, IT, BtoB, BtoC

- A successful experience in USA, UK or English part of Canada.

- Very good sales or survey skills

- Very good english language level;

- Very good computer skills on Word and Excel

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure and in a team;

- Be rigorous and disciplined in work

Advantages:

- Guaranteed base salary of 150 000 FCFA for a two weeks mission + Bonus on performance.

Working conditions:

- Monday to Friday with US shift===>12:30 PM to 11:30 PM

- Work contract.
