For the needs of its services, Quantum Technologies is launching a call for applications for the position of accounting secretary. 

 Tasks

The employee's main duties will be:

• Enter test instructions 
• Establish a reliable system or chart of accounts within the company
• Assist the management in the various tasks of the company
• Arrange meetings scheduled by management
• Train in practice the trainees made available to it 
• Propose administrative and management solutions for the smooth running of the company
• Ensure the reception of users and the switchboard 

Skills 

The following skills are required

• Mastery of office automation 
• Mastering compatibility
• Mastery of management information technology
• Have a professional experience of at least 2 years
