Global Digital Cameroon is looking for an administrative and financial assistant

City: Yaounde

Positioning: Under the authority of the GENERAL MANAGEMENT

Main mission of the service: 

 

• Ensure the smooth running of operational activities and good visibility of a company's profitability

 

THE MISSIONS OF THE JOB

 

• Provide reception and secretarial support
• Participate in personnel administration
• Ensure the profitability of company operations
• The monitoring of the differences between the provisional objectives and the objectives achieved and the proposal, if necessary, of corrective actions
• Ensure minimal accounting and cash management of the company
• Ensure the recording and follow-up of sales and ensure the collection of receivables
• Communicate with tax and social services
• Report to management

 

SERVICE RESUMPTION START DATES: 05/09/2022

DURATION: Indefinite

LEVEL AND SPECIALTY OF STUDY

 

• Minimum Bac+2 in the field of management sciences

 

KNOWLEDGE AND/OR SKILLS

 

• Have at least 1 year of management experience
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Know how to develop a budget and manage
• Master essential office tools
• Mastery of the Office Pack and ease in processing information using information tools
• Know how to synthesize information
• Ability to demonstrate rigor and organization
• Being bilingual is a plus
• Be between 21 and 32 years old
