JOB DESCRIPTION
Profile:
- Bac +4/5 accounting and finance
- Age: minimum 40 years old
- Experience: minimum 8 years as CFO
- Asset: experience in a firm and in the construction industry
Activities : non-exhaustive list
Management of the teams in charge of the following activities:
- Accounting, treasury, management control, audit, human resources, communication, information system, purchasing.
- Guarantee the reliability of the company's accounts and the establishment of financial and accounting documents in accordance with the legislation.
- Oversee the consolidation of financial data and enforce accounting standards.
- Supervise management control in its missions and the preparation of results.
- Develop the budget and the plan of the company in accordance with the strategic choices of the general management.
- Develop the company's financing plans and validate the cash budgets meeting the needs of external financing.
- Monitor the cash flow situation, analyze the discrepancies observed in relation to forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, ensure legal and contractual monitoring.
- Validate tax choices with experts (tax expert, auditor, auditor), ensure relations with tax services.
- Oversee the settlement of disputes.
Administrative management:
- Define the main orientations of the control systems.
- Set up the management procedures and indicators necessary for monitoring activities and reporting to management.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and deadlines
- Supervise personnel administrative services (payroll, employment contracts, personnel files).
Purchases:
Supervise the Purchasing department in charge of centralizing orders.
Support operational staff in negotiations with suppliers.
