JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Angel’s Trade Code (ATC) is a unique business organization whose mission is to provide quality and top tier services to its local and international clients. Our core competence includes providing a wide range of services from business intelligence and event management to car rentals.

 

We are looking for an administrative assistant who will act as a hub by coordinating and reporting on the different tasks and transactions within the organization.

 

Reports to:

Manager

 

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Carry out administrative duties such as typing, and compiling company documents.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the organization. This includes, but is not limited to, client visits and diverse errands.
  • Provide reports on all organizational financial expenses. Will also be expected to provide a weekly and monthly report on various activities being carried out by the organization.
  • Manages office communications, schedule meetings and oversee client requests.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication on the phone, through email and in person.
  • Manages inventory
  • Working hours?
  • Will be required to fulfill job KPIs and present a report on this.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Reporting skills
  • Administrative writing skills
  • Good mastery of Microsoft office skills
  • Managing processes
  • Organization
  • Analyzing information and problem-solving skills are a plus
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge on financial reporting is desired.

 

Education and Experience

  • High school certificate or equivalent required.
  • Must have good knowledge of Microsoft office, notably Word and Excel.
  • Must have at least 1 year of valid working experience.
  • Should be bilingual.
