As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be involved in planning and development for the overall sales strategy of your team. In a high-impact, Exciting environment, you'll work with exclusive product lines. As a trusted leader, you’ll deliver successful outcomes for customers through innovation, strategic solutions, good relationships and thorough business understanding.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing people activities from multiple families within the function
• Handling complex products and systems requiring technical knowledge and industry insights for effective sales
• Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.
• Collaborating with technical colleagues to answer customer requests and discuss local conditions.
• Handling important clients for a product line. Department is involved in medium-sized sales.
• Handling diverse clients in the Central Africa Region
  
  

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in Functional Management within the oil & gas sector
• Have at least 5 years' experience in Chemical operations within the Oil & Gas industry
• Be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role
• Be able to speak English and French with good oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems
• Demonstrate ability to lead programs/projects and ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
• Be able to demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills.
