Account & administrative assistant

Volunteer

-          Prepare precise data entry as well as formulate, draft and type and prepare letters, memos and other documentations

-          Prepare financial statements and have mastery of the tax system

-          Deposit funds in bank and prepare book journals affiliated with such entries

-          Organize meetings and communicate with staff about upcoming meetings

-          A minimum of first degree in Accounting, Social sciences or any related field.

-          Previous work experience in similar role will be an advantage.

Innovation Hub Assistant

Volunteer

-          Assist in marketing

-          Prepare and write reports

-          Be able to plan and organize events

-          Background in entrepreneurship, Human Resource management, Business Management or any related social science field

3.

Communications and digital Marketing Assistant

Volunteer

1

-          Assist in the execution of communications strategies.

-          Help in researching, writing and editing content for distribution both online and offline

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism or related field

-Previous work experience as a Communications Assistant, Communication specialist or similar role.

-Knowledge of media relations and digital media strategies.
