Chief Operating Officer

The startup Keyaub with head office at Mrs Ngeng junction Bamenda, informs the public that it is recruiting an executive for the post of Chief Operating Officer.

Who should apply:

Interested applicants must have an excellent fluency in both English and French, great leadership and communication skills, should be extremely talented, motivated, hardworking, and proactive. They should also have an MBA or any equivalent and be willing to relocate to Yaoundé in a year or two.

Experience is welcomed but not mandatory, we give priority to an avid willingness to learn tirelessly, for growth and adaptation to the continuously rising standards and expectations of Keyaub and the business world.

Compensation:

Remuneration, for a beginning, will be limited to meaningful equity ownership and the possibility of being counted among the cofounders of Keyaub. This will be better negotiated during the interview. Keyaub is an incorporated startup with the great ambition and determination of establishing itself among the world leaders in the health industry. Though we presently lack enough capital to pay our workers in terms of salary, we are highly confident that the early equity owners of Keyaub will be the big winners in the future.

Who should not apply:

This offer is not for people who need a job to depend on to provide for themselves or their loved ones. As mentioned earlier, you might need to work for some time without seeing the pecuniary results of your efforts. More details will be given on this during the interview. This offer, also, is not for people who can only commit partially or work as part-timers, the job demands full commitment.
