Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent customer service representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction through both outbound and inbound channels. Your primary focus will be assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships. Strong communication skills in both languages, along with exceptional problem-solving abilities, are essential for success in this position. Responsibilities: -Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in a courteous and professional manner. -Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide appropriate solutions promptly and accurately. -Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent service quality and customer satisfaction. -Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures to effectively assist customers. -Proactively reach out to customers to provide support, offer additional products/services, or follow up on previous interactions. -Accurately and efficiently record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. -Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and technical support, to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved effectively. -Identify and escalate complex or high-priority customer concerns to the appropriate team or supervisor for resolution. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve performance and provide outstanding support. Requirements: -Fluent in both verbal and written communication in English. -Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and adapt communication style to various individuals. -Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and find appropriate resolutions. -Proficient in using CRM systems, customer support tools, and other relevant software applications. -Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. -Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer interactions and information. -Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. -Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as customer needs dictate. -Can communicate well in a North American English accent. -Can work on Eastern Standard Time zone (GMT -4) or Pacific Time (GMT -7). Preferred Qualifications: -Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing. -Knowledge of additional languages beyond English proficiency.
