COMMERCIAL ATTACHEE (M/F) ALL REGIONS CAMEROON
 
The company Europe Afrique Intérim (EAI), specialized in subcontracting and human resources management, is recruiting for the needs of its client, a large local brewing company, a commercial attaché, for a 1-year mission.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for deploying the company's commercial policy and its presence in its assigned area.
• Define the qualitative and quantitative sales objectives for the members of the Distributor. 
• Animate, organize, coordinate and manage the activity of the distributor's team.
• Control the achievement of objectives and participate in the sale itself.
 
 
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Carry out periodic field support with the entire sales team in order to remedy execution problems and identify growth levers.
 
 
 
• Carry out customer visits in order to achieve the objectives set in terms of geographical coverage. 
• Manage and respect allocated budgets. 
• Make visits to customers in his area according to a predefined work plan with the regional sales manager / ASM.
• Hold, on a weekly basis, a performance follow-up meeting with his line manager. 
• Process all customer complaints raised by the sales team, Control and Monitor commercial operations.
• Ensure compliance with the visibility plan at the points of sale.
• Ensure the follow-up of Refrigerators and Coolers.
• Prepare and present its results during the sales meeting to the sales management.

Analytical skills, adaptability, interpersonal skills, pragmatism, responsiveness, attention to detail, team spirit, rigour.
 
EXPERIENCE
You have a minimum of 1 year of experience for a similar job.

REQUIRED SKILLS
? BAC+2/3 Marketing.
? Good physical fitness (many trips throughout the national territory).
? You are under 30 years old.
 
LANGUAGES
? French: Bilingual
? English: professional
