Community manager / Sales assistant

Afro Designs is an online retail start-up focusing on African fashion and fashion accessories.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Growth rate of the online properties and communities (Facebook, Instagram, Website etc)
Quality of the customer service offered to online clients (Facebook, Instagram, Website etc)
Number and quality of lead generated
Number of prospects engaged with in messages, telephone calls, meetings etc
Number and value of deals sealed
Accuracy of sales and financial records and reports
Degree of compliance of administrative procedures
Skills, methods, techniques learned
Innovations introduced

Duties and responsibilities:

Copyrighting (Facebook posts, Instagram posts, blog posts, website content etc)
Choosing and using images and graphics that go with posts on social media, websites and other public spaces online
Creating challenges, games etc that engages the communities
Sharing posts to get a maximum reach
Researching and creating new fashion trends
Serving clients, assisting them make the most of their choices
Coordinating the merchandise delivery process
Managing the delivery process and collects clients’ feedback
Preparing sales reports
On boarding new clients
Providing after sales services to clients

Required profile:

At least an HND
Perfectly bilingual in English and French.
Excellent in using computer programs (Word, Excel) and internet applications (Facebook, Twitter, WordPress, Gmail)
A fast learner, good listener and customer-centric individual
Ready to take initiative, work well in teams and proactive
