Head Office Support

• Develop, manage, and update ASAP’s datasets to facilitate accessibility and use by ASAP’s Leadership and Technical Team
• Deliver dashboards in Power BI, Excel for other programs for high-quality visualizations to present programmatic results

Local Implementing Partner Support

• Conduct analysis of LIP’s capacity and gaps in digital monitoring and reporting systems
• Develop database software for LIPs unique needs to implement USAID, PEPFAR programs
• Develop dashboards in PowerBI and/or Excel for high-quality visualizations using dashboards to present programmatic results for each LIP
• Develop electronic tools for PEPFAR’s Site Improvement Monitoring systems to monitor standards at sites
• Assist the ASAP team and local partners in tracking progress to the capacity assessment results
• Prepare and manage different surveys using online platforms such as Kobo Toolbox, SurveyMonkey, Mailchimp, MS Form, etc.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to LIPs in the proper use of databases and dashboards to be developed

Education And Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems or other related analytical, scientific or technical disciples
• At least 5 years of experience in successfully developing and managing databases; creating data visualization, and conducting data analysis
• Familiarity with data analysis and mapping software including Stata/SPSS, Arc-GIS, QGIS
• Expertise in Microsoft Power BI, Power Query/Pivot, VBA, DAX.
• Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal.
• Demonstrated experience producing documentation and other materials and resources such as training materials, toolkit guides for software users
• Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work
• Analytical and problem solving skills to trouble shoot systems problems
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and with team members and partners at all levels
• Professional fluency in English is required; French or Portuguese desired
• Ability to work independently
