Essential Functions

• Conduct analysis of LIP’s capacity and gaps in digital monitoring and reporting systems for Community Led Monitoring
• Develop and strengthen LIPs digital innovations to align with their needs
• Develop electronic checklists to for data verification of quality site data with a rate of achievement, completeness, and an error log.
• Develop electronic system for Community Based Organizations to report Regional or National health delegations.
• Develop electronic platforms for routine and formal exchanges between point of care data entry and head office.
• Develop dashboards in PowerBI and/or Excel for high-quality visualizations using dashboards to present programmatic results for each LIP
• Develop electronic attendance registers with a log of calls for site monitors when visiting sites.
• Develop electronic tools for PEPFAR’s Site Improvement Monitoring systems to monitor standards at sites
• Assist the ASAP team and local partners in tracking progress to the capacity assessment results
• Prepare and manage different surveys using online platforms such as Kobo Toolbox, SurveyMonkey, Mailchimp, MS Form, etc.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to LIPs in the proper use of databases and dashboards to be developed

Education And Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, or relevant field of study from an accredited university/college
• At least 5 years of experience in successfully developing and managing databases; creating data visualization, and conducting data analysis
• Experience in database management and navigation
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills and the ability to think and plan strategically.
• Familiarity and experience with PEPFAR-MER indicators
• Expertise in Microsoft Power BI, Power Query/Pivot, VBA, DAX.
• Familiarity with data analysis and mapping software including Stata/SPSS, Arc-GIS, QGIS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 advanced Excel (using Pivot Tables, Power Queries, V-lookups, etc), Word, and PowerPoint (Skills in R, Python, MS SQL are desirable)
• Electronic Web based data capture software
• Innovation Technology Expert using web application in terms of deployment, utilization and security
• Patient Management Application (PAMA Software) and OpenMRS & Bahmni
• Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal.
• Ability to work independently and with team members and partners at all levels.
• Problem solving skills and ability to take the lead in solving complex issues.
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
• Professional fluency in French and English is required.
