OFFRE D’EMPLOI : CONSULTANT EN RECRUTEMENT ET

   DEVELOPPEMENT RH

Missions :

·       Concevoir et mettre en œuvre de nouvelles organisations pour la fonction RH ;

·       Rédiger le cahier de charges et aider au choix de solutions ;

·       Modéliser, harmoniser et optimiser les processus métiers RH ;

·       Concevoir et mettre en production les outils RH dans des environnements complexes ;

·       Accompagner au changement stratégique et opérationnel (analyse d'impacts, gestion des parties-prenantes et coaching collectif, création et animation de réseaux d'agents du changement)

·       Digitalisation de la fonction RH (schéma directeur, aide au choix d'outil SIRH, dématérialisation...)

·       Développement et animation des formations de haut niveau en GRH et management.

 

Profil recherché

·       Etre titulaire d'un 3ème cycle en Gestion des ressources humaines et/ou Management (DESS/DEA/Mastère),

·       Posséder une certification professionnelle en GRH est un atout,

·       Avoir une expérience de 8 ans minimum acquise idéalement en cabinet de conseil en management, organisation et ressources humaines ou au sein d'un département spécialisé en entreprise.

·       Justifier  d’une expérience probante en conduite du changement et développement des talents auprès des institutions publiques et privées.

·       Faire preuve d’autonomie, rigueur et de capacités rédactionnelles et de synthèse,

·       Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, Word, Powerpoint...) et des logiciels SIRH

·       Etre capable de conceptualiser pour développer les projets 

·       Etre capable d’accompagner le changement dans l’entreprise 

·       Etre doté d’un fort sens de l’organisation afin de gérer simultanément plusieurs projets 

·       Etre capable de faire preuve de pragmatisme afin de pouvoir agir et intervenir de façon concrète 

·       Etre doté d’une bonne ouverture d’esprit afin d’avoir une bonne vision des situations et des conséquences de ses décisions.

JOB OFFER: RECRUITMENT OFFICER AND HR DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT

Missions:

• Design and implement new organizations for the HR function;

• Write the specifications and help choose solutions;

• Model, harmonize and optimize HR business processes;

• Design and put into production HR tools in complex environments;

• Support for strategic and operational change (impact analysis, management of stakeholders and collective coaching, creation and animation of networks of change agents)

• Digitization of the HR function (master plan, help in choosing HRIS tools, dematerialization, etc.)

• Development and animation of high-level training in HRM and management.

 

Required profile

• Hold a 3rd cycle in Human Resources Management and/or Management (DESS / DEA / Masters),

• Possess a professional certification in HRM is an asset,

• Have at least 8 years of experience, ideally acquired in management, organization and human resources consulting firm or within a department specializing in business.

• Justify a proven experience in change management and talent development with public and private institutions.

• Demonstrate autonomy, rigor and writing and synthesis skills,

• Mastery of computer tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint ...) and HRIS software

• Be able to conceptualize to develop projects

• Being able to support change in the company

• Be endowed with a strong sense of organization in order to simultaneously manage several projects

• To be able to show pragmatism in order to be able to act and intervene in a concrete way

• Be endowed with a good open-mindedness in order to have a good vision of the situations and the consequences of their decisions.
