The QA/ CSR officer will be able to work individually and in a team to offer support within the Operations Department. The QA/CS team are responsible for supporting customer service activities and comply with agreed standards and ensuring compliance in the interaction with customers, as well as compliance with any other set milestones minimum for admittance in any of our programs.

 

Responsibilities

 

Customer Service:

*Answer general customer service inquiries and emails, as well as 1st tier of troubleshoot

*Ticket re-assignment and monitoring;

*Call Quality Assurance -

*Maintain Customer Payments up to date in Computer System

*Support collection efforts at the institutional and company level as needed

*Quality Assurance

*Audit to admissions -review and confirmation of documentation per student , Database upkeep of students admitted on a daily basis.

*Validation of confirmed enrollments : verify admissions payment, verify all documents online, validate any conditional admissions, process final enrollment, update new students reports, hand in notes

 

The QA/CSR Officer will be assigned to one or more than one parameter/group/ to monitor and will be working interdepartmental to meet the necessary guidelines and compliance.

 

 

Requirements

  • English and French - Fluent Speaking and writing (Required)
  • Home Office (No background noise)
  • Head set
  • Personal Computer - Windows 10
  • Fast and reliable Internet Connection (15-20 MBPS)
  • Quality Monitoring experience preferred
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree recommended but not required
  • Good communication skills
