We pride ourselves in the quality of our work, our diversified team, and team spirit. We currently are seeking a high performer to join our team, for the position of Customer Service Manager. This person will oversee all our interactions with customers at different points, ensuring that they get the best quality service; From answering requests/queries over the phone, to ensuring that their stay is best, through managing our various platforms(where we meet customers everyday), and helping to hire/recruit other high caliber persons to join the "Customer Experience" team, training them,developing systems to ensure the whole customer team is delivering quality work, and building a loyal customer base. Previous working experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required. The MAJOR requirement is ones ability to learn fast, and run with the vision. We provide on-the-job customer service training(mostly theoritical though) The ideal candidate
