                          CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE 

                                                       CITE DE PALMIERS, DOUALA

                                                        XAF 400,000 – 750,000/annum                                                                                                  

                                                                                                                                                

Are you an ambitious individual looking for customer service role to really make your own? With

regular 8 - 5 shifts? 

And if promotion and progression is your thing - you'll have the opportunity to progress to team

leader within 36 months!

 

Do you have the passion and drive to deliver excellent customer service working in retailing

international brands?

Main responsibilities include: 

?  Receiving incoming calls and emails from customers regarding orders placed 

?  Maintaining a high standard of quality work to ensure that customers are treated fairly. 

? Prepare quotations, maximising the gross profit earning potential for each consignment. 

? Reporting to your Team Manager 

? Where necessary, refer issues to relevant internal /external department using correct

escalation procedures 

?  Representing our clients brand well and ensuring customers are kept satisfied

 

Our ideal person: 

? Strong, confident personality with an internal sales background

and/or customer service background. 

? Aspirational and keen to build a career within the retail industry. 

? Time management skills are essential as are communication (face-to-face and over the

phone) skills. 

? The ability to prioritise and to work under pressure of workload and within a targeted

environment. 

? A working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential 

? Excellent communicator and dedication to excellent customer service 

? Fluency in English and French, both written and verbal are essentials  

? A desire to improve the Gross profit margins. 

? English and maths at GCE “O” Level C or above are essential.
