·         Prospecting and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.

·         Registering and on-boarding customers interested in certification programs, CRM solutions and events.

·         Engaging and interacting with customers remotely.

·         Other data management and customer service duties as could be indicated.

Requirements

·          Bachelors in Business related field or IT.

·         Advanced computer skills (To be tested).

·         Programming language will be a plus.

·         Mastery of the use of social media channels (To be tested)
