PROFILES.
As the customer’s first point of contact, the counter clerk is in charge of welcoming customers. To this end, he provides them with information and answers the questions put to him. The information may relate to a variety of areas. Likewise, he does business prospecting in order to better understand the needs of his clients. He can also perform simple operations always to help customers.They are in charge of:
 
Welcome and inform the agency’s clients

 

  • Promote new products or projects
  • Perform simple operations

Arouse customer interest in order to be able to market certain products or services

  • Passing on information to superiors

For this position, candidates should have the following skills:

Technical skills

 

  • Know the service offer for business customers
  • Master office automation tools and business applications
  •  Understand the risk associated with the activity on its perimeter (counterparty risks, limits to various …
  •  Master the rules and procedures in force, in particular those related to banking secrecy, permanent surveillance and the fight against fraud and money laundering
  • Business English

Candidate profile:

The trade of clerk requires a minimum level of education. This is generally the bac, or even a bac + 1 level. A law course is an interesting course, especially for banking or insurance professions, or for financial services in general. Obviously, other pathways may also be suitable, especially when it comes to professional reorientation projects.

  • Minimum BAC / BAC + 1 / BTS in banking / BAC + 3 in one of the specialties of finance, accounting, banking or other management fields
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field.
