Position: FINANCIAL MANAGER
Location: Yaoundé
Job brief:

The Finance Manager (FM) is responsible of:

·         Controlling the proper execution of the strategy and procedures defined with the general

management and coordinates the services for which he/she is responsible.

·         Guaranteeing the financial sustainability, the transparency and the reliability of the

accounts

·         Coordinating and supervising the accounting and finance departments.

·         Advising Management on strategic choices.

·         Preparing report’ tools, budgets and optimizing capital.

·         Negotiating loans with banks as well as supervising recovery of debts.

·         reviewing existing accounting and finance procedures and monitoring their execution

 

Requirements:
· Academic qualification: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance, B. Com Business Management
· Training: Preferred CPA, Tax Risk Management
· Professional experience: Minimum 07 years
· Technical skills

ü  Knowledge in finance, accounting, law (social, business), taxation, audit, management control.

ü  Knowledge of French and English essential

ü   Management transversal and hierarchical teams.

ü  Risk management in an industrial environment

ü  Accounting and financial analysis

ü  Good knowledge of current accounting standards and taxation

ü  Perfect mastery of the IT tool Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and accounting package
