The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.

 

Responsibilities

• Optimize the profitability and viability of the MFI;
• Develop and maintain a quality customer portfolio with quality customer services ,and ensure efficient and optimum management of the MFI's loan portfolio and funds;
• Ensure the development of the digitization of the products and services of the MFI;
• Assist the Board of directors and the specialized committees of the MFI in carrying out their mandate;
• Coordinate, manage and control the human, financial and material resources of the MFI in accordance with the policies, rules, standards and procedures in force (COBAC regulations and OHADA laws).

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Holder of a Master's degree (Bac + 5) or equivalent diploma in Management, Accounting, Finance, Audit;

• Have a professional experience of at least 5 years in the field of microfinance;

• Have held a similar position;

• Mastery of the legal and regulatory texts governing the MFI sector;

• Mastery of IT tools and digitization;

• Strong capacity for resource mobilization, excellent teamwork and leadership skills;

• Great ability in analysis, and communication;

• Bilingual in French - English.

- supporting documents for the diploma and training presented (attach a proof of presentation of the originals of diplomas and training certificates duly issued by the competent authorities);

- Employment certificates relating to professional experience;

- A certificate of non-conviction dated less than 3 months;

- A description of 2 similar mandates that have been carried out by the candidate. (2 pages maximum)
