Earldom Group Grant Writing pre-employment training is designed to provide the trainees with the resources, expert-guided practice, and mentoring to be able to write competitive grant proposals. In addition to working in small groups with an experienced grant writer, trainees will also have the added bonus of receiving personalized proposal reviews by the knowledge specialist prior to full employment.

Trainees enrolling in this pre-employment training program must have good writing skills and previous experience in writing both proposals and letters. The following counts as acceptable experience: taking a previous college-level course or professional development course; having prior experience with a nonprofit organization writing grant proposals for state and foundation grants is also acceptable.  This is a fast-paced and intensive course that leads to direct employment at Earldom Group Ltd.

Training fees: 50,000 XAF

Venue: Left apartment, top floor First Trust Building, Great Soppo

Duration: 12 weeks

Timetable: 3hrs/day, Tuesdays to Fridays
