Digital Management is looking for his/her future GROWTH HACKER (M/F).

Mission and responsibilities

Your mission is to generate business growth through an innovative, creative approach and growth hacking techniques.
The Growth Hacker has a particular state of mind: growth is your obsession, you do everything to make it as strong as possible.
Guided by business optimization, you run after time with your team to release the product as quickly, as comprehensively and as efficiently as possible. You evolve in hyper agility.

To carry out your project and make data-driven recommendations, you rely on:

• Data analysis, benchmarks
• Behavioral studies (customer insights, datamining, etc.)
• Study of the conversion tunnel, data tracking, etc.
• Acquisition: emailing, SEO, press relations, partnerships
• Activation: make the visitor active on the site (creation of an account, call to action buttons, etc.)
• Retention: bringing the visitor back, loyalty
• Commitments: make the user's activity a source of communication, via sharing on social networks, invitations by email, etc.
• Monetization: manage turnover and optimize sales, margin, lifespan, etc.
• You are required to continually carry out tests, data analysis, studies on user behavior, etc.
• Having all the elements in hand, you can act effectively, propose innovative solutions and use unconventional means to quickly obtain significant results.
• You manage teams made up of various profiles specialized in marketing, analysis and development.

Required profile

Higher education (Bac +5 minimum) from an engineering or business school with a marketing or web specialization
You have at least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.

• Solid knowledge of the web environment and trends
• Computer programming to implement “hacks”
• Versatility
• Writing and graphic design skills (PAO)
• Project and team management
• Increased knowledge of social networks
• Affinities with SEO tools and social networks
• Creative spirit and artistic flair
• Sense of analysis and critical thinking
• SEO skills
• Excellent command of French, both written and spoken (Level C2 required)
• Ability to manage multicultural teams
