• Support new product development from base located in Thailand.
• Assessing, Qualifying, Developing and managing Suppliers and Supplier Manufacturing Processes. Including,
• Leading parts qualification support for Mechanical part.
• Performing Process Audits at Supplier sites to verify Capability.
• Driving Manufacturing Process Readiness and Capability improvement within Suppliers
• Managing and coordinating New Product Introduction at supplier facilities
• Providing leadership and work with cross function team in resolving supplier quality issues, leading effectively for root cause analysis.
• Scaling Suppliers to do drive Sub-Tier or commodity supplier base improvement.
• Driving Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing Principles within Suppliers.
• Process Control Validation activities for mature and critical commodities.
• Driving Design Quality Improvement within Bose and within Suppliers
• Actively engaging with Bose teams to identify mitigation of potential quality risks and ensure continuity of BOSE product supply and delivery

• Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years experience, a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and experience with several mechanical commodities including stamped metals, castings, and coatings.

• Valuable experience in these disciplines along with system knowledge of SAP, lean- six sigma and prior working experience with a global supplier quality operation is required.
• The individual must be proficient in English (verbal and written), and be highly effective in communication skills
• A background in Quality Improvement processes and techniques such as, TS16949, APQP/PPAP, FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and ASQ certification are preferred. System tools experience like SAP is preferred.
• Working experience in developing, managing and improving supplier capability is a must.
• Strong problem solving skill and strong capability in balancing capability with product complexity to achieve world class Quality with exceptional transformation cost.
