JOB DESCRIPTION

The human resources manager assists the Administrative Secretary General for the development and administration of human resources. Its role is to:

 

    • Apply the human resources management policy set by the Rectorate,
    • Analyze the human needs of UCAC,
    • Coordinate the recruitment process,
    • Ensure the administrative follow-up of employees in the different phases of their professional life (contracts, payroll, illness, leave, training, etc.),
      • Maintaining relations with social partners (unions, staff representatives, etc.),
      • Continuously monitor career development through management software,
      • Design and propose employee profit-sharing policies for the development of UCAC,
      • Manage the social climate by working to maintain a peaceful social dialogue conducive to the development of people and the institution,
      • Carry out preventive management of social litigation.

REQUIRED PROFILE

      • Be a graduate of at least a BAC + 3 in Human Resources Management,
      • Have proven expertise and professional experience of at least 3 years in the field of management in general and human resources management in particular,
      • Have knowledge of work psychology,
      • Master labor law, wage taxation and have union notions,
      • Have skills for social debate and collective and individual negotiation techniques.
