As part of its missions, a local company operating in the hotel and catering sector with 04-star standing is looking for a HOTEL MANAGER for its services. 

Type of contract: CDD

Region: Center

ASSIGNMENTS 

• The candidate will be in charge of the exploitation and the operational management of the hotel as well as the administrative, financial and commercial management;
• The candidate will have to direct, animate and motivate the various department heads;
• Ensure the proper functioning of the establishment and the quality of the services for which it is the guarantor;
• Manage the hotel and ensure profitability;
• Welcome customers and build loyalty;
• Develop and ensure the optimization of the establishment's turnover
• Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the establishment's movable and immovable assets;
• Maintain the image and good reputation of the hotel;
• Reflect on the service offer to the evolution of the clientele;
• Recommend and implement promotional actions for the establishment and maintain productive internal and external commercial relations;
• Control the compliance of the behavior and dress of the staff with the commercial standards of the establishment and the brand;
• Represent the hotel in important events etc….

SKILLS

 

You have significant experience and development potential towards these functions. Skills required: 

• Operational management skills of a hotel establishment;
• Relational and commercial skills;
• Managerial skills;
• Technical skills required (mastery of hotel management tools, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Language skills: English required. Versatile, autonomous, organized, you know how to be available and flexible to adapt to the diversity of customers and staff. Positive / Ve, listening, you know how to set an example to all employees to instil a climate of confidence and positive requirement in the establishment.
• You promote mutual aid, work and team spirit and know how to put the customer at the center of priorities.

PROFILE
The candidate should:

• Have a higher education diploma such as a hotel school / business school / business management;
• Be under the age of 45;
• Have proven experience in hotel management or have been head of several departments for at least 5 years.
• Master at least two languages, particularly English and French.
• Having a confirmed and successful experience of hotel management is essential to apply.
