JOB DESCRIPTION

The Center Pasteur du Cameroun (CPC) is a public hospital establishment under Cameroonian law under the dual supervision of the Ministries of Public Health and Finance. The CPC, public health and reference laboratory, is a member of the Institut Pasteur International Network. In accordance with the sectoral health strategy of the Cameroonian Ministry of Public Health, the CPC develops public health missions on which are added research projects, service missions (medical analyzes, vaccinations, water and food analyzes) and training missions. The reception of patients is done 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Objective of position:
Under the responsibility of the Head of Human Resources, the HR Assistant will be responsible for the administrative management of Personnel and Payroll.
Main activities:
     Collect and process individual and collective information on employees: absences, illnesses, leave, missions, training, seniority, advancement, reclassification, promotion,. .
     Establish payroll in compliance with social and contractual legislation,
     Process elements intended for external organizations: Public Treasury, CNPS,
     Prepare summary documents: dashboards: evolution of the workforce, payroll, training, working conditions, health and occupational safety, etc.
     Keep the documents required by legal and regulatory provisions up to date, Produce administrative documents for the benefit of staff, Be on constant watch with regard to the legislation.

Profile sought: Holder of a Higher Technician's Certificate in Human Resources Management or an equivalent diploma.

    Required skills:

- 3 years' experience in a similar position desired,
- Very good knowledge of labor law,
- Good knowledge of payroll taxation, 

-Excellent command of IT tools, particularly the Office Pack and more specifically
- Excel,

- Masteryof SAGE Payroll software,

- Having worked in a public establishment is an asset.

 

Required qualities:

- Ability to work in a team and be very responsive, dynamism and rigor in the work, sense of human relations, v / Attendance, punctuality and flexibility on schedules,
- Effectiveness in communicating with his work environment direct, his colleagues and his superiors.
  Logic and precision, v / Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
