APPLICATION SEARCH ANNOUNCEMENT

A local company is looking for a (01) HR BUSINESS PARTNER for service needs

THE CANDIDATE MUST:

• Be between 30 and 40 years old;
• Be of Cameroonian nationality;
• Hold at least a BAC + 3 diploma in HRM, Administration, Law, Management, Management.
• Have at least seven (07) years of experience in the field or in a similar position;
• Having been HR BUSINESS PARTNER on behalf of an ISO 9001 V15 certified company would be an asset.

THE MAIN DUTIES AT THE POST

1. Respond to all day-to-day HR issues, relying on the technical expertise of skills centers (dedicated services) such as HR development, payroll, personnel administration, disciplinary matters, etc.;
2. Provide daily support in the individual and collective management of Human Resources in the sector (recruitment, mobility, social law, etc.);
3. Deploy, implement and guarantee the application of HR policies and tools in the field in compliance with labor law in close collaboration with the managers of the HR skills centers;
4. Participate in the definition and implementation of the HR strategy, according to the objectives predefined by the management, while taking into account the specificities of the human capital of its sector;
5. Accompany the company and its managers in their projects/policies of transformation or reorganization of its sector;
6. Support and advise the managers of his unit in understanding human issues, management and development of the skills of their teams;
7. Develop and analyze upstream with the managers the means to be implemented to adapt the Human Resources of his sector to the needs of the business;
8. Advise managers in relations with social partners, in conjunction with HR skills centers, and ensure the application of social legislation in the areas of working conditions, health and safety;
9. Participate in HR projects;
10. In conjunction with the company's Human Resources department, intervene at different decision-making levels necessary to support the growth of the business: recruitment, integration, training, career management, succession plans, advice;
11. Detect and anticipate the HR needs of its sector to concretely meet growth objectives while ensuring the well-being of employees on all HR levels;
12. Propose and set up training according to a defined budget.
