A well established company in the construction field is looking for the perfect candidate to fill the role of an HR Officer. The ideal candidate will be required to;

-Provide oversight and guidance to the development and monitoring of processes related to recruitment and retention, compliance, compensation, benefits, training and development

-Creation of all new staff contracts, both for permanent staff on payroll and for all staff working on a permanent basis, temporary basis and/or interns. 

-Liasing with senior management to ensure that all current staff/ contractors are working under current and accurate contracts.

-Managing staff appraisal process.

-Responsible for monthly CNPS declarations and payments.

Skills and Abilities; 

  -Candidates are required to have atleast 3-5 years of working experience in the HR field.

-Experience and proficiency using payroll systems(SAGE will be a plus).

-Exellent communication skills.

-Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite

-Be bilingual (English and French)
