JOB DESCRIPTION
MISSION
Ensure the management (administrative and operational) of the personnel assigned to the site for which he is responsible.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
¨ Establish employment contracts,
¨ Recruit staff on the site
¨ Monitor the dashboard of staff movements (hires, terminations, transfers, etc.)
¨ Prepare and transmit the payroll elements (tally sheets),
¨ Ensure CNPS registrations and hiring of employees on the site with the company;
¨ Monitoring of disciplinary procedures;
¨ Receive and process employee requests;
¨ Ensure compliance with QHSE standards on the site;
¨ Carry out periodic reporting of activities on the site (QHSE and HR).

The HR assistant supervisor must have several skills, namely:

RESEARCH PROFILE AND REQUIRED SKILLS
- Be 35 years old or less
- Have a minimum BACC +2 option in human resources management or any equivalent diploma
- Have 02 years of professional experience in human resources or in a similar position
- Good knowledge of labor law
- Payroll knowledge
- Good knowledge of IT tools
