As part of their services, one of our clients needs one HSE agent with the following missions:

Missions and responsibilities:

? Improve the quality of a product or service (product traceability, process optimization, improvement of customer satisfaction, food safety, etc.) and ensure its safety in accordance with the standards and regulations in force

? Ensure occupational safety and health (assess occupational risks, implement a process to prevent occupational accidents, occupational diseases and psychosocial risks, improve the ergonomics of workstations, etc.)

? Guarantee the preservation of the environment (control of environmental impacts, prevention of industrial risks such as explosions, pollution, fires, etc.)

? Obtain certifications or labels to promote the company and its products / services

? Raise awareness among the various internal stakeholders of the company (employees, staff representative bodies, etc.) on the main issues and risks associated with the business, and communicate externally with other interested parties (suppliers, customers, partners, official authorities, regulatory bodies. certification, etc.)

? Apply regulatory and normative texts set by the State and / or organizations in terms of quality management (ISO or International Standard Organization, AFNOR or Association Française de Normalisation)

? Establish procedures taking into account all aspects of work (the different types of disabilities, especially for evacuation procedures, etc.)

? Reduce non-quality costs (related to customer returns, work accidents, etc.).

 Required profile:

• Mastery of safety and environmental regulations and legislation.

• Good knowledge of the company’s activity, associated processes and technologies.

• Ability to analyze and synthesize.

• Sense of initiative, strength of proposal.

• Vigilance and responsiveness, ability to adapt.
