Société Anonyme de droit Camerounais created in 1991 and with a capital of 5,700,000,000 CFA francs, the Société le Grand Moulin du Cameroun (SGMC) is active in the production and marketing of soft wheat flour, namely: Boulangère, Tigre, Duo, Asso, Industrielle, Macopine, YANA and milling products for breeders. 

Located inside the Autonomous Port of Douala, the SGMC has a privileged location in Cameroon, which allows it to unload its production inputs including wheat and flour correctors.

SGMC produces different types of flour adapted to the needs of its customers: bakers, pastry cooks, manufacturers, etc. It markets them under the brands: ASSO, TIGRE, DUO, La Boulangère, MaCopine and YANA.

Due to the increase in its activity, the SGMC is recruiting: an  Internal Controller.

The mission of the Internal Controller will be, among other things, to implement a control system for the organization and processes of the company in order to contribute to the reduction of risks related to the operation of the company and facilitate the continuity of its activities by major problem.

Placed under the responsibility of the Managing Director, its activities will include:

• Study the risks related to the company's activities and establish their mapping
• Define and write the internal control systems (procedures, measurement and alert indicators, etc.) necessary to control the identified risks
• Define areas for improvement and make recommendations to ensure optimal risk coverage and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Analyze and synthesize information
• Set up, manage and evaluate the internal control system

All theoretical and practical knowledge:

• Minimum Bac + 3 Audit/Internal Control/Finance training
• Experience in the management of constraints/standards and associated documentary systems and/or in risk management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Audit/Internal Control function. Experience in a multinational would be appreciated.
• Software: Office package

Know how :

• Good knowledge of the SAPIN 2 law
• Excellent command of French and good knowledge of English
