Mission

You'll be working closely with our telco or bank partners on API integrations and making sure that all product and business related support issues are resolved quickly and proficiently. You will also monitor overall operational activities to make sure they run as smoothly as possible, managing that technical infrastructures are always up and ready.

Outcomes

  • As an operations team member, we expect you to
  • 1. Execute daily operational tasks relevant to running activity, optimising scalable processes.
  • 2. Execute daily tasks relevant to user onboarding and support.
  • 3. Design new tools to monitor efficiency, using basic programming.
  • 4. Interact with the rest of the team to provide ideas and feedbacks.

  • - Onboarding and support processes automation
  • - Data Analysis tools
  • - User-journey streamlining

Competencies

  • - Proven skills in SW Programming and System Configuration
  • - Innovative and complex problem solving
  • - Proactivity & autonomy
  • - Previous ops-related experience (3-4 years) with a proven track record of achievement.
