TRADEX IS LOOKING FOR A LEGAL ASSISTANT

CATEGORY: 9
INITIAL TRAINING: BACCALALIRATE + 2 or equivalent level in Law
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: I year minimum
AGE: between 21 and 35 years

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR ACQUISITION OF THE JOB

• OHADA business law
•  Administrative organization of Office work (Excel. Word. PowerPoint. etc)

BEHAVIORAL SKILLS AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS

• Team spirit and initiative Availability
• Glue of Excellence Dynamism
• EHS spirit Rigor
• Relational ease Ethical sense
• Listening and communication Organization and method

MISSIONS OR PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

• Participate in the administrative follow-up of the unit;
•  Participate in monitoring the activities of the various management units (Litigation, Contracts, Compliance and Insurance):
• Review and investigate litigation cases;
• Filing and archiving legal files •
•  Update and monitor legal activity dashboards.
