Context
3DC COOP CA is a newly created Micro Finance Institution (MFI) Category 1 with its Head Office situated at
FEU ROUGE CHAPPEL NSIMEYONG in Yaounde.

Among other conventional financial products like savings accounts, current accounts, Loan Accounts,
Financial counseling, 3DC COOP CA is going beyond banking to render to the public, top quality and

In view of launching our operations in Cameroon, 3DC COOP CA is seeking a qualified and experienced
candidate to occupy the position of MAIN TELLER at its Head Office in Yaoundé..
As Main Teller the candidate should master cash management operations (Cash in Cash out operations
against CRs and PVs)
Skills in Cash Reconciliation will be a must.
Description and summary of the role
? Serve customers promptly and courteously
? Processing of cash payments and receipts



? Processing of all cash transactions against authorized supporting documents (CRs and PVs)
? Receive and confirm customers’ money
? Cash payment to customers
? Detection and retention of bad notes
? Receive and confirm money from the vault and banks
? Registration and processing of cash deposits and voucher withdrawals
? Perform a confirmatory cash count at the end of the day to ensure a physical and cash balance in the
system
? Other duties as may be assigned by management.

Skills and qualifications
? At least a diploma (or its equivalence) in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management Economics,
Marketing or any related field.



? At least 2 years Cashier/ teller experience
? Experience working as a cashier in a microfinance institution or a banking institution is an asset
? Experience using the ATM module of any banking software would be a plus.
