JOB DESCRIPTION

+ You define and implement a preventive and curative maintenance policy for production tools, utilities and site infrastructures, in compliance with the regulations and standards in force.

To do this, you rely on a team of 12 technicians that you supervise.

More specifically, you:

- Plan and monitor the performance of preventive, improvement and curative maintenance actions, internal and external (organization and monitoring of work, search for technical solutions, update of the CMMS and technical documentation, implementation and monitoring of performance indicators );

- Manage your team: activity planning, participation in recruitments, development of technical skills and evaluation of technicians.

- Establish dashboards for monitoring maintenance activity, general resources;

- Establish and manage maintenance budgets;

Profile

You are the ideal candidate if:

- You have a higher education such as general engineer, industrial engineering option or specialized in industrial maintenance and have acquired at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the construction industry. 

- You have good knowledge of business techniques (electricity, mechanics, automation / instrumentation, thermal, pneumatic) with a focus on electro-mechanics, industrial processes and their operation. You are made aware of the rules of hygiene, safety, environment and quality on a site.

- You master digital tools, in particular office software, and have already used a CMMS.
