The Position: We’re looking for ONE (1) MANAGER. The pay range we’re offering is from XAF 90,000 to XAF 150,000. We also offer our employees Outstation allowances, and employees’ social insurance benefits.

Requirements:

·         MBA/MSc. in Banking and Finance/Management/Accounting / or any business related field.

·         Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suit (especially Excel).

·         Minimum one (1) year working experience in a job related position.

·         Are a great team player

·         Have good attention to detail

·         Have an honest personality

·         Have good numeracy and IT skills

·         The confidence to sell

·         Must be able to apply due diligence when dealing with financial records

 

Responsibilities:

·         Ensuring that the organization’s core values are upheld

·         Development of strategic management plans for the organization

·         Supervising operational and tactical organizational plans

·         Ensuring coherence in the objectives of various departments towards the achievement of the overall organizational objectives

·         Liaising the organization with key stakeholders in the finance industry

·         Represents the organization with the public and at strategic corporate events

·         Work closely with the Board of Directors in implementing overall organizational policies as passed down from the appropriate BOD committees

·         Authorizing purchase requisitions, and payment vouchers

·         Ensuring operational expenses are optimized

·         Leading strategic meetings and brainstorming sessions with the various departments for performance evaluation, goal setting and strategy development for market infiltration.

·         Motivating employees to work towards the achievement of organizational goals

·         Evaluating and recommending training options for employees to ensure growth and development

·         Ensuring the existence of esprit du corps within the organization

·         Approving periodic reports from the various departments in the organization such as finance, marketing, client service etc.

 

 

The Location: ANC Stock Investment is based in Buea, South West Region.
