         JOB DESCRIPTION:

RINOO CAMEROON is a Social Enterprise that focuses on the most vulnerable in our communities, fully committed to restoring their dignity. RINOO is working through development-focused projects and social enterprises creation with specific emphasis on the protection of culture, environment, and climate. our mission is to empower vulnerable persons to prosper through job opportunities, microfinance, vocational training, and business development support and our target groups are youth especially adolescent girls, single mothers, and vulnerable women. Our major activity is the production, sales, and distribution of washable sanitary pads (PAPILIO). 

We are looking for a Marketing Officer. As a Marketing Officer, you will be in charge of Contributing to the implementation of marketing strategies, Organizing and attending marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness. 

The successful Marketing officer must have great enthusiasm for marketing and great knowledge of relevant techniques and principles. The ideal candidate should also be an excellent communicator and should have experience in managing different marketing ventures.

 

MARKETING OFFICER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, oversee and develop and manage marketing campaigns for all products.

• Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered

• Present information about company offerings during trade shows or other large events to potential clients

• Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders

• Prepare and present reports when needed

• Identify and manage social media strategy for the company

• Identify, organize and attend relevant networking events

• Manage Customer relationships and promote business

• Develop a relationship with existing business partners and identify development opportunities with new partners,

• Perform other duties as assigned by hierarchy

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• HND, BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Prior experience as a Marketing Officer or a related role.

• Solid understanding of marketing techniques and principles as well as market research and statistical data analysis methods.

• Proficient in MS Office, content management systems, social media platforms and marketing software.

• Knowledge of design and publishing software

• Exemplary time management, organizational and multitasking skills.

• Outstanding verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Creativity and commercial awareness.

• Strategic vision and sharp business acumen.
