MASSIVE RECRUITMENT FOR 2022 OF ASSISTANT COURT REGISTRARS WITH THE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE TO WORK IN COURTS

Direct competition for the recruitment of 300 Deputy Registrars 2022 ORDER N ° 279 / MINJUSTICE Opening a direct competition for the recruitment into the body of Registry officials, of Three hundred (300) Deputy Registrars, category “C” of the Public service.

Article 1: (1) It is open, for the year 2022, a direct competition for the recruitment into the body of officials of the Registrars , of Three hundred (300) Deputy Registrars , category “C” of the Public Service .

(2) The written tests of the said competition will take place  in all the regional capitals.

Article 2: Can apply, Cameroonians meeting the following conditions:

  • be of good character;
  • be at least 17 years old and at most 29 years old on January 1, 2022
  • hold either the Brevet d’Etude du Premier Cycle (BEPC) or a Professional Aptitude Certificate (CAP) option secretarial or office worker or the General Certificate of Education, Ordinary Level (O.leyel) and fulfilling the access conditions required by the General Statute of the Civil Service of the State.

Article 3: The application files which will be received complete and against receipt in the General Prosecutor’s Office near the Courts of Appeal, until August 23, 2022, deadline, will include the following documents:

  1. A registration form stamped at 1,000 CFA francs, the print of which will be collected from the Services of the Ministry of Justice, Directorate of General Affairs, Competition Office, from the General Prosecutor’s Office near the Courts of Appeal;
  2. A certified true copy of the birth certificate signed by a competent civil authority (Mayor, Sub-prefect, Prefect, Governor);
  3. An extract from the criminal record (bulletin n ° 3) dated less than three (03) months;
  4. A certified true copy of the required diploma signed by a competent civil authority;
  5. A certificate of presentation of the original of the diploma signed by a competent authority (Prefect, Governor);
  6. A money order receipt made out to the Director of General Affairs of the Ministry of Justice.
  7. A medical certificate issued by a public sector doctor dated less than three (03) months;
  8. (04) 4×4 identity photos, bearing the name of the candidate on the back;
  9. An A4-size envelope bearing the candidate’s address stamped with a postage stamp at the regulatory rate.


NB: Any incomplete, late file or containing false, falsified, unsigned or signed documents in a police station will be purely and simply rejected.

Article 4: (1) the candidates will present themselves at the chosen places one hour before the start of the tests and they must necessarily bring their national identity card, the receipt for submitting the files and the necessary to compose, with the exception of of the composition book

(2) The places where the events will take place will be indicated by means of a Radio, Press and Billboard press release.

Article 5: (1) The written tests will take place according to the following schedule:

(2) The time limit for entering the rooms is imperatively set at 7 a.m. for the morning exams




Article 6: The program of the competition for candidates for the recruitment of Deputy Clerks is that of the 3rd year classes of general secondary education

Article 7: The results of this competition will be published by Order signed by the Minister of State, Minister of Justice, Keeper of the Seals

Article 8: This Decree will be recorded and published wherever needed, in French and in English.
