We're looking for people who want to face interesting technical challenges in constrained infrastructure environments: How do you develop compelling products with full service features in environment were bandwidth is low and connectivity is unstable? How should OCAs (occasionally connected applications) be designed to synchronize on the Android platform?

Our products interact seamlessly with mobile and web. We are therefore challenged to prioritize, design, and build a compelling product while maintaining simplicity and usability. We do not stick to a particular paradigm and therefore would expect you to readily learn Android, C# for Windows phone or objective-c for iPhone clients should the need be.

Your Profile

  • A demonstrated history of intellectual and entrepreneurial exploration
  • Excitement for IT and emerging markets and products
  • Enjoy driving new ideas especially in the mobile/Smartphone space
  • Self-Motivation and ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
  • Good English skills are a must; German is not required but also nice to have.
  • Be able to write elegant, readable, and well-documented code.
  • A demonstrated history of intellectual and entrepreneurial exploration.

Plus

Ability to make an impact on different aspects of our platform. For example: Debugging our synchronization algorithms to speed them up and make them more robust, simplifying the setup process, customizing queries to reduce bandwidth, optimized our architecture to speed up time to market. Do you get the message? You must be able to learn new technologies very fast.
