The Multi-skilled virtual assistant manages communication and social networks.
He (she) ensures customer satisfaction throughout the process from order to delivery.
He (she) collects customer feedback.
Tasks of the post:
Order management
- Identify all customer orders
- Ensure the reception of the order in Cameroon
- Ensure the dispatching of orders to customers
- Liaise between the physical shop and the customers
Communication and social media management
- Interact with prospects and customers via social media platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, etc.);
- Participate in the definition of the communication strategy
- Manage the different pages on social media
- Create content and plan their publication
Job profile :
- M / F
- Minimum age of 28 years
- Proven experience in SR management, personal assistance and E-commerce
- Excellent time management skills: structured, highly organised and responsive
- Be perfectly bilingual
- Be a force of proposal
- Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software (e.g. MS Office)
- Good knowledge of SR management tools
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to anticipate
