The team you'll be part of

Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

Radio network planning and optimization engineer is responsible for providing presales, Nominal plan, radio detail planning, RAN parameters planning, pre-launch and post launch quality assurance and optimization services for SRAN/LTE projects in collaboration with related stakeholders.

What You Will Learn And Contribute To

• Setting, planning and execution for the Network strategy in terms of coverage, mobility and User perspective
• Design the site configuration based on the traffic requirement and equipment specification
• Recommend and Setting the specific RF parameters for the site to be integrated
• Analyze site performance after integration through drive test measurements and/or OSS measurements, detecting eventual problems and recommending changes to fixing those problems
• Maintain / improve all Radio performance KPIs
• Monitoring and analyzing 3G\LTE/5G radio Network statistics on daily basis.
• Preparation and execution for high level management presentations including managerial and technical details
  
  

Your Skills And Experience

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree (Electrical / Telecommunication) or corresponding experience
• Experience in the Telecom Industry with minimum 5 years of experience in RF Planning & Optimization for 3G/LTE
• Knowledge and practice of 3G/LTE measurement/analysis/RF Planning tool and OSS tool
• Knowledge and practice of Nokia SRAN, eNB parameters and counters
• M.V. knowledge & competence towards future technologies; 5G (NSA/SA) is an added value.
• Good communication skills, Initiative, result oriented & Ability to Analyze
• Self-directive, flexible team player who wants to get the job done and is not afraid of take responsibility
