JOB ANNOUNCEMENT: OFFLINE COMMUNITY MANAGER, ALCEF Riviera Amusement Park.

LOCATION: LIMBE

The Discipline AlCEF Riviera Amusement Park is looking for a dedicated, self-driven and enthusiastic offline community manage who is committed to building ALCEF brand presence and trust and driving traffic to the park. This offline Community manager will act as a liaison between ALCEF and its audience/community. He/she will serve as the face of a company and will be responsible for managing and handling communications, PR, events, and marketing content creation. Our ideal candidate should be exceptional in both oral and writing communication skills and is able to develop engaging content. He/she should be a ‘people person’ with great interpersonal skills and the ability to moderate in person conversations with the community. Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.

Responsibilities

• Interact with community members and customers in a professional, personal and timely manner.

• Develop annual marketing plan of events to ensure continuous attendants of guests at the park.

• Plan and lead offline events

• Create branded content to support marketing and customer service needs

• Acts as customer relations officer and represent our brand at various functions and trade shows when needed especially in cases where the promoter cannot make it.

• Scout and Lobby with individuals and organizations for events, conferences, and workshops for the park.

• Liaise with external agencies or journalists to ensure brand representation.

• Talk about the Amusement Park on radio, TVs, events etc. If the opportunity presents itself

• Generate reports on overall community sentiments and notable trends and provide meaningful feedback.

• Generate and provide weekly, monthly and annual reports of ALCEF’s activities to management.

• Take responsibility of ALCEF physical assets.

• Suggest new programs/activities for adoption to drive traffic at the park

• Responsible for getting the Park’s workers to perform all task assigned and ensuring the satisfactory physical preparedness of the Park for receiving customers.

• Responsible for checking on customer satisfaction while the Park is open to the public and for the creation of a customer/visitor database.

• Perform other duties as assigned by hierarchy

Required Skills

• Degree in marketing, communications or relevant field.

• Exceptional Event planning & management skills.

• Familiar with marketing strategies and sales techniques.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills

• Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver

Additional desired qualities (pluses)

• Works fast and possesses strong attention to detail.

• Is punctual/on-time and hits deadlines.

• Over-communicates.

• Bilingual with strong written/verbal skills. Mastery of spoken and written English is a must have.

• Willingness to learn new skills and use them

• Willingness to stay with the team for at least 3 years.

• Problem solver, self-directed, sense of humor.
