RESPONSIBILITIES: Work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity; decreasing downtime and waste. Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.
Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.
Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: GCE O levels.
Certification in quality control is preferred.
Good mathS and technical skills
Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment is preferred.

Ability to learn quickly with on-the-job training.
Possess strong attention to quality and detail.
A commitment to alerting the management team when safety, quality, or other production issues arise.
Ability to read and understand production specifications.
Willing and able to work long hours.
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift and carry 20 KG regularly.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to withstand prolonged exposure to high heat and humidity indoors
