The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and find living spaces that fit this criteria. You will then negotiate rent and drive our clients to close. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Stage and show living spaces
  • Analysis and knowledge of the local real estate market in Cameroon
  • Advertise and market living spaces, commercial and land property
  • Finds and reaches out to new prospects
  • Management and follow-up of a portfolio of buyers and investors;
  • Analysis of specific needs; Discover clients' criteria and find living spaces that fit their criteria
  • Negotiate living space rent and close deal with client
  • Negotiation of the sales contract, preparation of the sales file, and reporting
  • Organization and follow-up of the visits and negotiations and closing of the sale
  • After-sales service.

 

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years' of sales experience
  • Self-motivated and entrepeneurial
  • Strong communication skills
  • You have commercial experience, ideally in the real estate sector
  • You are independent, enthusiastic and dynamic, and you have perseverance
  • You have team spirit and a sense of initiative and you make contacts easily
  • You are familiar with office software, PC, tablet or smartphone (MS-Office,…)
  • Use your sales talent for success!
